B.A.M. (Babies and Mommas)
B.A.M. Fitness Parties are super fun exercise classes where you B.Y.O.B. (bring your own baby). These classes are custom made for moms with children in strollers, carriers or even for kids that are 5 and under. Multiple children are welcome to join. These are multi-level classes for moms that are beginners at exercising and the experienced fitness moms. Each class is one hour and includes a warm-up, walking/running conditioning followed by strength training and a cool down. You will leave feeling accomplished and excited that you made time for your personal health and are teaching your children the way of a healthy lifestyle.
No experience necessary! What to bring: Water bottle, stroller or carrier. What to wear: Comfortable clothing to move in and tennis shoes. Special Notes: Classes are partially outdoors unless the weather is bad. Bathrooms are available on site.
B.A.M. YOGA (Babies and Mommas)
B.A.M. Yoga is a class designed for babies and mommas. It will help you connect with your baby and give you a relaxing time to share with your child while you stretch. This class can be for the newborn or toddlers and all the ages in between. If your child would just like to sit and play in our play room we will have child supervision as well while you take some much needed mommy time. This helps out if you have several children. Yoga mats and props provided.
What is “barre”? While many interpret barre workouts differently, most barre workouts are a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and ballet. Barre classes incorporate specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture. Why is Barre so popular? Barre is hot right now! Barre classes are low-impact and are conducive to all fitness levels. They are also particularly enjoyed by women since they incorporate graceful movements and elements of ballet, allowing participants to experience a dance “element” in the workouts and achieve a dancer’s body. What are the health and fitness benefits of barre workouts? Barre workouts are perfect for all fitness levels. You’ll see improvement in your posture, balance, strength, and flexibility.
Is designed to not only assist you in building strength, flexibility, stability, mobility and muscular endurance but it also helps you build confidence in your movement patterns. Become empowered with proper posture and functional movements that stem from pilates, ballet and yoga. You will begin with a warm-up to awaken all of the muscles in the body and then begin intelligently designed sequences primarily using body resistance. This is low impact yet very powerful in strengthening the core and stabilizer muscles. The mini-balls and small hand weights will often be incorporated in this workout to offer variety for each experience. Must be booked in advance because there are limited spots! No experience is required for this class. What to wear? Regular workout clothing that won’t interfere with your movements. Wear socks or toe socks. What to bring? Water and a sweat towel & socks.
BODY SHOP METABOLIC
In this class you will perform several exercises back to back without rest. This gives you the benefits of traditional strength training but also puts your metabolism into overdrive, reducing hunger, improving carbohydrate tolerance and helping to burn dangerous belly fat. It will challenge both your cardiovascular and anaerobic system. A full body weight training session is combined with a high intensity and aerobic session, which will increase fat burning hormones, such as growth hormones, by up to 200% because of large spike in lactic acid.
BOX & BURN
Box & Burn is a full-body 30 minute workout that’s fast, effective and fun. Jump in anytime between scheduled class times for a high intensity 30 minute boxing workout. Running behind? No problem! Traffic slowing you down? No problem! Baby needs a diaper change? No problem! Circuit starts every 3 minutes on Mondays at 5:00pm and Wednesdays at 5:15am. No excuses.
DANCE CLUB FITNESS
A high-energy dance blend that requires no experience. This class is created by April Hawthorne to give you a cardio blast that is so much fun that you don’t even realize that you are exercising! You’ll find a flavor of hip-hop and club style dance music that will get your body moving in ways you never thought! Routines are built to suit a beginner or a well-versed dancer and athlete. Start your week right with our Monday night Dance Club party and round out your week with our Friday night session. You won’t be sorry!
Revitalize and restore your body. This class teaches traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques to help improve spinal alignment, increase flexibility, and build strength. The focus is on nurturing the body and mind so the pace is slower and the poses used are less stressful on the body than many other yoga classes. Suitable for all ages and experience levels and is a great place to start for people first starting out or getting back into practice. Class also uses tennis balls, yoga blocks, straps to loosen up the muscles and improves flexibility, posture, and range of motion by combining active stretching and self massage using tennis balls. Releasing the built up tension in your muscles leaves you feeling relaxed and allows your body to move more naturally. Combining stretch exercises with foam rollers empowers you to relieve tension throughout your muscles and joints. Unlocking these often neglected muscles improves flexibility and circulation and reduces injuries. The perfect class for ANYONE and EVERYONE.
HEATED PRANA VINYASA
The slightly heated room will be kept warm and the majority of the heat will be coming from within your own body. Prana Vinyasa sequences are dedicated to connecting you with the Earth element and are grounding and nourishing to your whole body system. This dynamic yoga flow will cultivate a sense of freedom within the body and mind by connecting you with your breath and movement. This class ends with a long savasana. Prana Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Duration: 1.5 hours. Bring a towel and water. No experience required.
HIIT FIT 45
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This class is 45 minutes.

Kangoo Jumps is the worldwide leading brand for safe mobile rebound exercise. Kangoo Jumps ultimate vision is to create a new way of life that skillfully combines health, fitness and fun for all. Kangoo Jumps were originally developed to reduce the impact stress on joggers’ joints. They are advertised as being suitable for the avid jogger, serious runner, or casual health-conscious exerciser.
LOW IMPACT FITNESS
This low-impact workout is less strenuous on the body, especially our joints, and can be a great way to get in a heart-pumping workout while reducing the risk of injury. You will always have one foot on the ground. We have equipment to support assisted lunges, squats and balancing movement patterns so the risk of falling is removed. This class also involves strength training where you can choose the weight that is appropriate for your body condition. This class is full of functional movement patterns that will increase your strength and ability to execute daily tasks and minimize the risk of falling. This workout can be scaled and can be more challenging for those that need it or can be as basic even if you need to do the workout while seated. This class is included in the monthly membership. If you are not a member this class is offered at a $3-$5 sliding scale drop-in. Please donate what you can afford.
OCRT (Obstacle Course Race Training)
A circuit type class with obstacle courses in mind, strength training, and high intensity interval training. Every class will be scaled to meet the individual’s fitness level. Whether you are training for your first or next obstacle course race or just looking to get a challenging full body workout (there will be burpees!), this session will have you working to progress in obstacles like monkey bars, wall climbing, rope climbing, grip strength and so much more. You WILL get dirty. Wear workout clothing that you are okay with getting a little dirty.

Pole Fitness is a type of exercise that combines acrobatics, gymnastics and dance. It requires flexibility and upper body and core strength, as well as endurance. The moves include climbs, spins, inversions and limb grips, and thus is a very versatile form of exercise. In Pole 101 you will learn the basics of Pole Fitness and Pole Dancing and get coached practice time. This is a multi-level class, all levels are welcome. A Pole Dance class that focuses on pole training, conditioning, pole dance and pole choreography. 5 – 10 Beginner Pole and Pole 101 is highly recommended before taking this class or instructor approval.
POLE HIIT FIT
This Pole Fitness class mixes exercises using the pole as a piece of exercise equipment to challenge and progress in your strength, flexibility and endurance. This class includes high intensity interval training rounds, push ups, pull ups, dumbbells, and body weight training. All exercise moves can be modified to any level, making this one challenging class if you allow it!
This intermediate to advanced pole class will focus on flexibility progression and pole tricks. Students must be approved by instructor before attending.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
The SandBell is one of the most versatile, challenging, and functional free weight on the market. It reinvents free weight exercise by combining the best features of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls and sandbag training into one simple, yet powerful, weight training tool.
STRONG BY ZUMBA
STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. STRONG by Zumba™ is a High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout.
This is a class of integrated movement and breath. Using traditional yoga sequences to open all of the joints of the body and stretch the muscles and calm the mind, we will also be infusing a modern spin to yoga using props and modifications to accommodate everyone. All levels are welcome to join this rejuvenating yoga class that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses, for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. All levels are welcome, from no experience to the experienced.
There are many forms of Yoga that will be offered at Sierra Flow Fitness. Yoga is valuable to our health and we take pride in sharing this beautiful and life changing experience. All levels are welcome from no experience to the experienced.
