Susan is a fun and energetic instructor. You can usually find her smiling and squatting. Susie is also a river guide, paddle board instructor and loves to spend her time in the outdoors.
April Hawthorne is an energetic dance fitness instructor and certified group fitness instructor.

Hope loves being outside enjoying nature. She has a deep love for animals and her three awesome children!
Chris loves going to concerts, hiking, traveling, eating, listening to music, reading, and playing video games. Minecraft is his favorite.
Sarah loves to create healthy meals with her fabulous creativity. In her free time she loves to cuddle and take her puppy Auggie on hikes. Sarah is a very loyal Giants fan and enjoys to go to lots of games and concerts.
Lisa loves spending time with her family, traveling, going to concerts, hiking and going on dates with her fur babies.
Alyssa loves to hike, play with her dogs, draw, work out (obviously!) and shop.
McKenzie loves traveling, crafting, reading, and graphic and fashion design. You can also find her enjoying her favorite music at concerts.
You can find Kathy in her garden, traveling, spending time with her family or constantly learning about moving bodies.
Rikki enjoys reading, hydrating and journaling. You can also find her sipping on a nice cup of boba & tea.
